Yeah, I found that folder easy enough.  However, there isn't anything
in there to tell me what kind of whatever I'm searching for to dump in
there to signify "execute this."  What is a "launcher."  I'm still
fresh off the Win32 boat, so I'm still miserably stuck in the .exe is
God world : (

Sort of a default session?  Where'd I find how to save the session? 
My sessions menu on the desktop toolbar only has "Start New Session"
"Lock Current & Start New Session" and finally "lsauron: default (:0,
vt7)".

It did help greatly, but I'm not all the way there just yet.

I'd still love for some information about how to get Xgl to work, and
how to upgrade from KDE 3.4.3 to the newer version 5.0.  If I want to
use Xgl, will I need to install XDM and use that instead of KDM? 
That's just another little thought that popped into my head - sorry, I
get lots of little random thoughts.
