That's very odd.  libkcal is part of KDE-PIM - not a dependency of breezy's
tellico (according to packages.ubuntu.com).  However, libkcal2a _is_ part
of breezy - at a higher than required version - so there is no reason it
shouldn't install.

What's "aptitude show tellico" say?  Also, try:
"aptitude reinstall libkcal2a".
