konqueror multiple panes.

There used to be a windows menu in konqueror in KDE 3.3 which allowed
having two panes in same window which allowed easy drag and drop
files. Nolw I am in kubuntu breezy 5.10 with kde 3.51. I am not seeing
this facility now. Has it been removed or kubuntu has modified this. I
have changed konquerorrc to orig as suggested in wiki. Still old
feature is not there. Anybody can throw light on this?
