Q: Making Konq file manager view format sticky

I can´t exactly remember how to turn it on/off but there is feature in
konqi to save the view per directory.
In the directory where it does not show as desired have look for a file
called: .directory (IIRC).
In there konqi saves how the show the current directory.
If you delete this file konqi will use the (your) default setting.

And somewhere this feature can be turned off completly - but as already
said i can´t remember where.
