Firefox opens on half the screen

It still seems like a bug.  If it's smart enough to change the icon
to "maximized", because it's the size of a maximized window, then it should
_be_ maximized.  That's the behaviour I've seen elsewhere.  Other apps
simply don't change the icon as you enlarge them - in which case, you don't
assume that it _is_ maximized.
