Hi,
I have almost the same configuration and I encountered your same problem (anf also found a fix ;)).
Just don't use that wizard but (recalling from memory as I'm actually not on my Kubuntu) connect directly to remote cups server (if I remeber correctly is the third or fourth menu in K | Settings | Printers) and then you'll see your remote printer. In lower-right corner of the K | Settings | Printers you should not read localhost but 192.168.0.1.
If you cannot get it working I will be more precise tomorrow morning (CEST) when I'll be in front of my PC.
Hope this help.
Bye
Piero
