How do I enable "Save View Profile" in Konqueror?

I recently re-installed Kubuntu and while the "Save View Profile" had been 
enabled in the previous Konqueror, it is not in the fresh install.

Why would this be and how can I enable it?  Any ideas or theories are most 
welcome!
