Mouting a second hard drive

if you wish you can edit the fstab file, using the name of an existing
directory intended for the new mount point.
(if the directory is not empty initially, any existing content will
not be visible following this)

Using
System Settings>disk and filesystem, the Administrator Mode is needed
(button at bottom of window)
and then either Edit a line (right hand click context menu) or, as you
may need,
New..>Browse>(new folder) etc etc
