Time to 12H not 24 Hour

Will also need to remove and then replace the clock on the KMenu.  Or 
you can reboot.  This is necessary because the change in settings 
doesn't affect already running applications.  I thought the clock was 
broken, but after a reboot (I didn't try and press the matter - I had 
work to do) it was fixed, so I can only infer that restarting the clock 
applet does the trick.
