Replying To Digest Posting????

I'm new to the Digest and to Kubuntu-Users for that
matter. I can't figure out how to reply to a thread in
the digest without doing a whole lot of cutting and
pasting of the specific thread before making a reply
after clicking the reply tab. This way would also
require a lot of formatting to compose the emial in a
normally accepted bottom posting manner. I use Yahoo
web mail client.  Are there any How-To URL's that I
might read or any tips welcomed. I'm new to Evolution
and only played with it a bit.  Any
tips/suggestions/uris welcome. There's got to be an
easy way to reply!?
