Thanks! I found it!

In Control Center > Connection Manager > Shutdown tab > Boot manager, I chose 
Grub. And after a logout/login sequence, I have now the small arrow and the 
list of boot options :-)

Not that I will use it every day, but this is something I've been looking for 
for at least a year!
