KDE 3.5.4 bug

I got this problem on my girlfriend's laptop a few days ago. Using Automatix, 
I installed "Extra fonts", restarted KDE, and everything was back to normal. 
My hypothesis is the package "msttcorefonts" was uninstalled during the kde 
upgrade.
