SuperKaramba in KDE 3.5.4???

It's in the menu under Utilities => Superkaramba (if you've installed
it, if not, do 'sudo apt-get install superkaramba' in a terminal.
When it opens, it'll ask you if you want to download new themes or
open a local one.  Simple.
