SuperKaramba in KDE 3.5.4???

I have downloaded several themes for SuperKaramba, and am clueless about using 
them.  How do I bring up SuperKaramba so I can use this eye-candy?

I know KDE 3.5 had a easy-to-find and use interface to SuperKaramba, 
RE: "http://www.kde.org/announcements/visualguide-3.5.php".

Can someone help guide my footsteps on this path of searching?
