kde key setting questions

This has to be very stupid...

1. I'm running Dapper and would like to assign hotkeys to switch from
   one desktop to another. But I can't find the hotkey settings in the
   control center. Am I missing a package or what??

2. I have all these keys already set at another computer (Debian
   Stable)... can I just copy a file to copy the keysettings? If I can,
   which is the right file?

3. Is there a kde front end to write down xkb files? If not, any
   recommendation of a good frontend to remap my keyboard?
