MPlayer and .pls files

Update:
.pls files are 'playlist' files. MPlayer should be able to play them but 
mine doesn't.
I also tried using 'Kaffine' but it complains:
"No URI handler implemented for http://84.95.247.20:9002/"
But I can't find any settings to enable the URI handler settings.

The original website providing my friends broadcast is:
http://www.listen2myradio.com

How can I listen to their broadcasts?
