Konqueror and .part extensions via ftp

Is this grounds to file a bug report? Is anyone else able to try an FTP
transfer using Konqueror on the local network (from a local network server)
and see if it successfully renames.

As for the spam in my subject line this time I remembered to remove it, the
only fix I have for this is to remember that I need to delete it. But
sometimes I get so excited reading some of these emails all I can think of is
replying! So until yandex.ru decides that mail list emails aren't spam it's
gonna stay.
