konsole (3.5b) problem with $SHELL and $HOME/.bashrc

Hi for everyone, this is my first post to the list.
Just switched to Kubuntu (the way was: 3 years ago windows - Suse - Uhulinux -
Gentoo (2 years) - Archlinux - Frugalware - Kubuntu).
I'm pretty happy with it, except one serious problem.

I'm loging in via kdm to kde (or mostly xfce4, or fluxbox). I set up my
prefered shell via chsh, to '/bin/zsh'.
After loging in and run xterm, it fires up and runs zsh.
But if I start konsole it never runs zsh (while I until it from the
konsole-session) and it fires up using bash but doesn't even source my
$HOME/.bashrc
any idea?
