klaptopdaemon (breezy) & hibernate/resume

Can anybody tell me how exactly klaptopdaemon hibernates my ACPI-enabled
computer? 

Google isn't forthcoming.  The documentation in the package says nothing.

I would have expected it to use the acpi-support scripts, but not so far as
I can tell.

Specifically, I want to make sure that whereami runs on resume, and it
doesn't.  I can probably run whereami out of the ifplugd actions and get
what I want for now, but it's less than ideal.
