Getting printing started.

Not sure to be honest - I use KDE/Kubuntu have had no problems with 
setting up printers.  Don't use Gnome so can't help there.

Although when I have installed Gnome the Printer Configuration in Gnome 
does work.  Can't remember what the menu item is though.  I tink it is 
System and or Tools not sure.
