Missing Shutdown and Reboot on Kubuntu. Installed from ubuntu.

   Hi!

You need to change displaymanager from GDM to KDM in order to get  
this working in KDE. This will make GNOME have the same problem  
instead though, but if you uninstall it then it's not an issue. ;-)
