ATI mobility Radeon X700 drivers

There is a Radeon Linux driver you can get from www.ati.com, but I find 
it difficult to install and I don't think it will work with Ubuntu.  You 
can try it and see what happens.  Also, make sure you have the 
restricted Linux kernal installed, the one with the ATI drivers.  
Actually, if you have not done it yet try the restricted Linux kernal first.
