Hi Andrea,

I have a HP NC6230 with an Ati X300 chipset.  I followed the instructions here 
(English doc, despite the Italian site):

The process is a little involved but EXTREMELY well documented.  There's 
really nothing to it.  Just read the document, then follow the steps.
