kmail attachment sensing

I believe it may be seeing the word "attachment" in your signature.
The fix for it is under Configure KMail > Composer > Attachments > Enable
detection of missing attachments

If it's useful functionality for you, you might want to change your
signature line to read something other than "The attachment"
