Ripping CD's to MP3's

Before I get further slaughtered in the mailing list.  Yes I still use outlook 
as a mail client.  But I was trying to state that the last time I ripped CD's 
I was using Windows and used that program.  I had no idea what program to use 
in Kubuntu
