And this to your /etc/apt/sources.list (do Alt-F2: kdesu 
kate /etc/apt/sources.list),

Add the KDE 3.5 Final to it:
"deb http://kubuntu.org/packages/kde35 breezy main"

Then run in the konsole:
"sudo apt-get update"
And:
"sudo apt-get upgrade"
