Why don't Shortcuts work anymore in KDE 3.4

Hello Kubuntu Users!

I have a question. Whats going wrong with my settings if I can't no more 
switch between Applications in KDE 3.4 (Kubuntu Breezy) with ALT+TAB? If I 
change the Settings in Kcontrol (Regionaleinstellungen -> Tastenkürzel) it's 
not possible to define a combination with TAB. There's no change.

Has anyone a good idea what's happen? And how to fix it? Or has anyone the 
same problem?
