Wrong mail list link on Kubuntu site?

I notice that on the "Announcing Kubuntu" site
http://www.kubuntu.org.uk/hoary-release.php
under "Feedback and Helping" the URL given for the mail list is the Ubuntu one.
http://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-users

Should it not be the Kubuntu URL?
