What about PyQT ?

Hi to all ,

I tried Kubuntu Live CD 5.04 Preview , and i saw that
not include PyQT , the Ubuntu version include Python ,
PyGTK and more Python Modules.

Why not include PyQT into Kubuntu?

I love Python and i like to create small app in Python
using QT , i think would be a great idea include it to
run python app without install anything.

Another question , i can't put KDE in my language only
saw in English.
