Hoary -> Breezy upgrade

That is what I did with hoary, but the CD is useful as some of the apps
are there and don't need to be downloaded.

I was going to change sources.list references from hoary to breezy, and
change the first line from

deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 5.04 _Hoary Hedgehog_ - Release i386 (20050407)]/
hoary main restricted

to

deb cdrom:[Kubuntu 5.10 i386/ breezy main restricted

in order to avoid unnecessary downloads, then do an apt-get update;
dist-upgrade
