compiling KDE 3.4.2 on amd64

This reminds me, does kubuntu not have any amd64 machines to compile KDE
3.4.2 for hoary?  Is that why the hoary-kde342 update is only available for
binary-i386?  Could ubuntu's build machines be used to provide this, or at
least change the website to show the update is only available for i386?
