Can't delete FAT32 files

Hi,
I have a 5Gb partition for Kubuntu and a 21Gb FAT32 to share files with
WInXP. Files on that partition are created in WinXP or Kubuntu under my
user name; yet when in Konkeror I want to delete those files, the option is
disabled. I can rename, move, copy and execute them, but can't delete. I
have to do it being root on a terminal.

How can I fix this problem??
