broken package kdelibs after last upgrade

Apparently there's a conflict in one of the two packages, knetworkconf 
and kdelibs, the file /usr/share/icons/default.kde is in both packages 
and apt refuses to overwrite it then (good thing!).

However, probably the knetworkconf package is buggy, so it might help to 
allow kdelibs to overwrite this file. You can install the kdelibs 
package by hand:

dpkg --force-overwrite \
 /var/cache/apt/archives/kdelibs-data_4%3a3.4.0-0ubuntu3.1_all.deb 

That should force install kdelibs. Of course this is only a workaround 
until the conflict in the packages is fixed. You can do that since such 
an icon doesn't seem to be a critical file which can cause major 
problems (other than some app showing the wrong icon, of course).

It's also sensible to set LANG=C before you produce error output you 
send to an english mailinglist, that should produce english 
errormessages. :-)
