I am sorry, this might be off-topic, but you might be interested in it:
I tried some of your tweaks, including this 'KDE_NO_IPV6' option. Before 
setting this option Konqueror often crashed during loading a webpage. Now 
this problem seems completely gone. I have no idea why...
