I simply set up my fstab as follows (I have a drive of MP3's that I like to
have access to)...

/dev/hdb1 /mnt/mp3 ntfs	ro,auto,umask=0222	0	0

This will mount the NTFS drive and the umask will allow all users to read
the data

Subject: NTFS issues...

I can mount an NTFS partition as root. I can also READ it as root.

Now when i want to listen to the music in noatun from that NTFS
partition as a user.

It doesnt work and it hides the folder from the user.

I tried to chmod and chown. No dice...

Anybody have any suggestions???

Thanks
