What are the requirements for such tools? I enjoy programming in ruby,
and have already used the Korundum ruby qt bindings by Richard Dale.
Would a tool written in Ruby with Korundum be eligible for inclusion
in Kubuntu? I'm not volunteering right now, but would be happy to
contribute when I get a bit more time....
