I lost my panel/taskbar

My panel also crashes from time to time (both in Debian Sarge and in
Kubuntu Hoary, although in kubuntu, it's been an exception, and
probably to do with docking kontact or amarok). It tends to respawn
itself, after a crash dialogue, but if it disappears not to be seen
again, I launch it myself: kicker

I know, it's not a solution, but it works for me! :)
