It seems there is active work on the associated KDE bug reports but no "fix
released" yet. Perhaps we need to raise this issue on the KDE-Distributions
list and see how many other distros are also experiencing this bug. When I
encounter it, it is *really* annoying.

Looks like this dependency just needs to be added and the package rebuilt.
