Backports PPA (WAS: Kubuntu Ninja Meeting)

I'd like to bring this up for discussion.

It would be good to get the backports PPA updated with the following in
Xenial:
 1. Plasma 5.7.4
 2. KDE Applications 16.08.1
 3. KDE Frameworks 5.26.0

Ninjas, who is willing to help? Is anybody opposed to this?
