Aaron Honeycutt just published it to
http://kubuntu.org/news/kubuntu-16-04-lts-beta-2/
In general, the web site was for more formal announcements and the wire was
a bit more informal.
We try not to post on both since both the news items on Kubuntu.org and the
Kubuntu wire feed http://planet.ubuntu.com/ and https://planetkde.org/ and
we try spam.
