libkf5kdcraw5 and libraw15 problem

When performing a package cache cleanup:

sudo apt-get  - -purge autoremove && sudo apt-get clean

The subject packages are identified for removal:

The following packages will be REMOVED:
    libkf5kdcraw5* libraw15*

On a subsequent package cache dist-upgrade:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

These same two packages are identified for installation:

The following NEW packages will be installed:

    libkf5kdcraw5 libraw15

  Depends: libgcc1
  Depends: libqt5core5a
  Depends: libqt5gui5
  Depends: libqt5gui5-gles
  Depends: libraw15
