[Merge request] Make qca-qt5 buildable in sid[uction]

Hi,

current qca-qt5 in kubuntu_vivid_archive doesn't build against debian sid
because pkg-kde-tools in sid (version 0.15.15) doesn't provide the frameworks
module. However experimental has 0.15.16 which is ready for frameworks.

Also I noticed there are some changes in the package available in vivid which
are not available in git[1] so I commited the changes to sync with the archive first.

I pushed the proposed changes to this repository:
https://gitorious.org/siduction-kde-kf5-dependencies/qca-qt5

in the kubuntu_vivid_archive_tmp branch:
