[Merge request] Make qapt based on qt5 buildable in sid[uction]

8a1a91795a72419e9af15057026bb321d050bc33 looks a lot like a workaround
and will in fact raise [1] because it is unwanted to have packages
pull in qt5-default as a build dependency.
