New site

Hello humans,

I've updated the site, so that all the new articles are migrated. Also updated 
the Community page with Kubuntu Brasil.

I plan to tell the sysadmins to launch the site later this week.

If someone has any reason for this not to happen this week, please speak now.

P.S. Can someone please help and write an acticle about the launch of the new 
site?
