Added back conflicts on kopete-cryptography and suggests on imagemagick.

libjingle_unknown_architecture.diff is unused (series file is empty) I
keep it only to reduce the diff compared to Debian.  -dbg packages we
only tend to have when the Debian package has them, we have an
automatic system to make equivalent dbgsym packages for everything.
