@Pali since the latex plugin won't work OOTB since the
texlive-latex-base package is also only Suggested ( not
Recommended/Depended upon directly ), I think the imagemagick plugin
should also be a Suggests only. I've pushed this change to our
packaging.

@Scott Do you reckon we can SRU this minor change?
