Plasma 5 on Kubuntu 14.10

I think having a separate iso would be better.

Making the packages to replace Plasma and KSC 4 would be far more
complicated than having a separate Testing iso.
>From what I remember, Martin said Plasma 5 cannot run besides Plasma. So we
would need something like the neon project.

But considering the existence of the neon project, would this be worth the
effort?
