list-missing question and environment issue.

I am working on tier2 kcompletion package. I am stumped on this:

dpkg-genchanges > ../.pkg-kde-lintian.changes
dpkg-genchanges: including full source code in upload
=== Start lintian

Anyone know?

Also my cat dumped a bottle of water on my PC which in turn fried it, so I had 
to move to my laptop. I am unable to get apt-get to use the experimental PPA. 
What would cause that? it is in the sources.list.d folder with the .list 
extension. I was able to move the VM to laptop so I am using that for the 
moment, but the hard drive is much smaller so I need to get the laptop setup 
to work.
