IMO we should simply author them on the new wordpresss page. All we
loose over the current scheme is handy wiki includes for the
foundation release notes (known bugs and what not) but those ought to
be easy enough to copy'n'paste.
If we stop using the wiki for release pages (which I think we should,
and actually already do for final releases), then we certainly have
better layout and final appearance control in wordpress than in any
wiki making for more awesome release pages.
