Kubuntu Wiki (for council consideration)

This would make life easier when editing, would stop confusion about
why wiki.kubuntu.org has Ubuntu as the top page and would be a nice
excuse to triage our wiki pages.

But what's your suggestion on the release pages?  Have them on the
(new wordpress?) website and have 1 post for each alpha/beta/release
which is copied and adepted?
